Gu Nong (1944-), graduated from the Department of Chinese, Peiking University, is a retired Professor from the School of Humanities, Yangzhou University. His academic interest focuses on the literature from the Han Dynasty to the Tang Dynasty and on Lu Xun studies, having published From Kong Rong to Tao Yuanming: Comments on History of Literature from Late Han Dynasty to Jin Dynasty, Concerning Lu Xun and Essays on Literature and History Written at Siwang Pavilion, and many papers, notes, proses and essays.
