Abstract：With the construction and development of the resources of life-writing, the number of resource formats is growing increasingly rich, and as resource performance becomes complex and diverse, and the resulting metadata describes different standards.There are new challenges in organization, management and integration. This paper selects six formats resources (books, journal articles, letters, manuscripts, pictures, audio and video) as the object of study for a variety of format life-writing resources and formats. Based on the understanding and thinking of a variety of life-writing resources and organizational management techniques, this paper describes the integration of life-writing resources database and the management of framework system.

Sun Yi, Master of Engineering, is the Head of the Technical Service System Support section at Shanghai Jiao Tong University Library. He has published over twenty papers in the influential academic journals. His research interests are information organization, linked data, and data mining.

Zheng Qiaoying is Professor at Shanghai Jiao Tong University Library. She supervises graduate students and has published over fifty papers in the core academic journals.

Jie Zhang, Master of Information Science, works at Acquisition and Cataloging Section, Shanghai Jiaotong Universality Library. She is metadata cataloger and chief cataloger for Chinese literature, provides and maintains multi-resources metadata for the Libraries' traditional collections as well as the rapidly growing digital collections.
