All Autobiography Is History: An Interpretation of W. E. B. Du Bois’s Dusk of Dawn

Abstract: Du Bois’s Autobiography Dusk of Dawn centers on the big subject of “Race”, comprehensively reveals its significance and changes, and integrates intentionally the author’s life into the social background, thus represents and even engraves the history of black folk in the United States and world-wide in terms of autobiography, and leaves behind the valuable historical records for the following researchers.
